📚 Seek You: A Journey Through American Loneliness by Kristen Radtke: This graphic novel dives into the science and very real impact of loneliness, across decades, laugh tracks, personal social rejection, and Harry Harlow’s cruel but illuminating research on baby monkeys. Though it only skims the surface, it does a beautiful job of calling attention to what Radtke argues is an age-old epidemic.

🎧 Grace Ives: A friend who’s much cooler (and younger) than I am introduced me to Grace Ives’ techno-y, addictive music. I’ve been loving “Icing on the Cake” and “Mirror,” both off of this album.
