🥦 Herby White Bean Soup: When Jonah and I woke up to a winter wonderland yesterday morning (after a string of days so sunny, I went paddle boarding in a tank top), I had to reevaluate my culinary plans that revolved entirely around short-season greens. But I wasn’t willing to completely abandon fresh spring flavors. Enter the herby soup. On Monday, I made this white bean soup with garlicky gremolata, and served it alongside a fresh loaf of Dos Hermanos rosemary bread, good butter, and anchovies, which made me feel like my most recent favorite Instagram follow, Rebekah Peppler.
