Recipe: Caroline Chambers' Dilly Chop with Salt & Vinegar Chippies
Made for hot, humid days.
This recipe comes by way of Caroline Chambers’ wonderful new cookbook, What to Cook When You Don’t Feel Like Cooking. (I think we can all relate?) The first time I made it, I was on a girls’ trip in New England and we—true to the title—absolutely did not feel like cooking. I ran to the store to pick up the ingredients, then pulled this salad together in about five minutes. Paired perfectly with an easy, casual cheese board on a hot summer day. Enjoy!
