The Sunday Edition is Tuesday’s little sister—off-the-cuff updates I’d bring up over a coffee catch-up with a friend.

This morning, I returned to a breathwork practice my yoga studio hosts monthly during the spring and summer. This particular practice begins by moving through each of the chakras—deep, grounding breaths for the root, progressing all the way up to the crown. As I breathed in and out, feeling my body loosen, it struck me how cathartic this week was. There was the No King’s March yesterday, a few days of sunshine, and the return to traditions that laid dormant over the winter… as a result, today’s issue is packed with recs and photos from a week that felt like a release. x
