Sunday Edition: A Photo Dump From One of the Most Magical Weeks of My Life
Plus a reader meetup in Colorado!
The Sunday Edition is Tuesday’s little sister—off-the-cuff updates I’d bring up over a coffee catch-up with a friend.

It hasn’t even been a week since I picked up my van (!) in Arizona, but I’ve already watched the sun rise over the Grand Canyon, taken shelter from a thunder storm over Canyonlands, gone for a run among aspens in Vail, and seen a concert with friends at Red Rocks Amphitheater. As I type this, from my van in a small mountain town in Colorado, I’m amazed at how at-home I feel—and how much I’ve learned already.
In case you missed it… I’ve spent the past ten years saving for a campervan that I finally picked up this week in Arizona, after a year of obsessively designing every detail. My boyfriend joined me to pick it up on Tuesday, after which we immediately hit the road for the Grand Canyon. The plan is for him to stay with me for another week, then Toast and I will be on our own, carving out a new chapter on the road! I’ll share more details soon, but until then, here are some highlights and a photo dump from the first week in my van, including:
Photos of my van, and last week’s adventures!
