The Sunday Edition is Tuesday’s little sister—off-the-cuff updates I’d bring up over a coffee catch-up with a friend.

Post-skiing hot springs: So happy, soo exhausted.

Hello! Before we dive into this week’s Sunday Edition, I wanted to begin with an acknowledgement.

I’ve always approached this newsletter with the same energy I do a catch-up with a friend, as in, “Here’s this thing I’m really interested in and excited about!” or “Here’s what’s going on in my life.” It’s one of my favorite things about Morning Person. I can take my own varied life experiences—from divorce to sheet pan dinners—and translate them into weekly issues. I get the sense you love it too: This community has grown to over 28,000 subscribers (!) in the past two years and, when I run into you in person, it always feels like meeting an instant friend. At the same time, I’m aware that I have to walk a fine line: I can’t approach every issue with the informality of a friend chat because I hold an enormous responsibility in sharing accurate information with such a large audience. This becomes a problem when I publish something under-researched, as I did this week.
