I’ve probably written this before, but I’m constantly amazed at the difference a week, or even a few days, can make. Last weekend was difficult, but the clouds parted in more ways than one this week and it felt like the pain, even resentment, I had been holding around the breakup eased its grip on me, replaced by a sense of gratitude and excitement for the future. When someone asked me, “Where do you see yourself in five years?” I responded that I genuinely have no idea. I’m just looking forward to seeing where my curiosities take me—the sky’s the limit:
