Sunday Edition: My Week of Rest and Relaxation in Taos
A nourishing week.
The Sunday Edition is Tuesday’s little sister—off-the-cuff updates I’d bring up over a coffee catch-up with a friend.

Pulling into my friend Betsy’s driveway in Taos felt like an exhale. One of the benefits of the van is that I can slip into my friends’ lives, without interfering too much in their day-to-day (put gently, I reminded Betsy that I could “get lost” if she ever needed her space). It turns out, we were both on the same page and all too happy to ease into a slow and tender week together. I spent the week doing very little besides enjoying long conversations and getting back into my routine, completely overhauling my van’s organization, cooking, showering daily (!), and exploring Taos.
Thank you again for your sweet and compassionate responses to this week’s post! It was a big one, but I appreciate this little corner of the internet so much. Read on for:
A ceremony, cards, and a playlist for the full moon
Healing meals, that made me feel so good and replenished
A few favorite spots in Taos, ahead of my full guide
Where I’m heading to next (!)
