You will need:
1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
1 ounce 1885 Giffard Non-Alcoholic Liqueur (or simple syrup)
1 ounce nonalcoholic gin, like Dhos (my personal favorite)
1 egg white
How to make it:
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker, and do a hard and fast dry shake, which transforms the egg into forth more easily than a “wet shake” with ice.
Add ice, then shake for about 10 seconds, until the mocktail is cold.
Stain into a small, chilled glass or coupe and enjoy!
